My client is based around East Sussex and have been around for over 80 years and continually enhancing their reputation in the market. They cover multiple sectors from residential, education, health care to heritage.
I am currently looking for a site manager for a large church project in Eastbourne that is due to start in the coming months.
I am looking for a site manager with experience working on heritage sites such as churches that has a competence managing a large refurbishment project and can lead a team on a specialist site.
You will be number one on site therefore responsible for managing the sub-contractors, programming, procurement, reporting into a Contracts Manager and liaising directly with the client.
