Technical Customer Support - Middlesbrough
Avanti are currently partnering with a world leading software house based in Middlesbrough who are looking for a technical customer support engineer to join their team as they aim to digitalise their sector.
You will be the 1st point of contact with Customers for technical enquiries and issues. You will be responsible for providing first class customer support and have a proactive approach when faced with technical problems.
You'll be joining an established team as they continue to grow rapidly as they turn their Middlesbrough office into their main Tech Hub. Is a great opportunity for progression as you'll have a clear mapped-out career plan.
Desirable Skills:
* 1 years experience in Frontline support
* Degree or equivalent education
* Knowledge of MS Office Applications
* Network and communication protocols
* IIS
* Terminal Server
* Citrix
* SQL Server
* Understanding of SaaS products
