Clinical Health and Social Care Trainer/Skills Coach.
I are currently supporting a reputable Training Provider who have an Ofsted rating as Good.
Due to growth I am now recruiting for a Trainer/Assessor to deliver and coach learners up to level 3 in Clinical Health Care Apprenticeships.
This is a full time position based and an immediate start is available.

Duties of the Clinical Health Care Trainer/Assessor- will include:
" To recruit and enrol and carry out initial assessments of learners
" Supporting learners undertaking Apprenticeship Qualifications in Clinical Health and Social up to level 3 which will include classroom delivery and one to one coaching
" Marking and assessing course work and providing constructive support and feedback to the learner
" Providing information and guidance to the learner during their apprenticeship
" To support the learner with embedding of Functional Skills
" Working to specific quality and completion of targets
" Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
" Supporting and guiding the learner through to End Point Assessment
" To provide a friendly and supportive service to students, using a range of communication media
" To provide support to the learners through a variety of platforms to include telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, and online learning platforms to include OneFile
" To work within the standards set out by Awarding Bodies or other accrediting agencies, including verification and moderation systems, whether set internally or externally
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Health and Social Care Tutor /Skills Coach
" Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA
" Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTTLS, Award in Education and Training or willing to work towards
" Minimum of level 3 qualifications in Clinical Health and Social Care
" Experience of delivering training Programmes in Clinical Health and Social Care
" Excellent IT Skills and proficient in using E-Portfolio's and Online Learning and Assessment platforms
" Experience of using Microsoft Teams, and E-Portfolio's is highly desirable
" Vocational competence in a Clinical Health and Social Care setting
" Full UK Driving License
