The Company:
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturing company with international operations.
Main duties:
To be the main frontline point of contact for technical issues relating to the company's products
The Role:
- To provide technical and functional support for their online products
- To provide expert consultation on their solution
- To promptly respond to emails and phone calls
- To identify troubleshooting problems
- To resolve network and connectivity issues
- To follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- To test and evaluate new products
The Candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch (to mother tongue standard) & English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in French would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Technical Support role
- Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and manage multiple cases at one time
- Good understanding and passion for Electronics and IT network connected products
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook???)
Salary: up to GBP30,000 pa + Benefits (Pension + Staff discount)
