RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a local council Properties Officer. This is a part time role working 25 hours per week.
(SCP 24 - 28, GBP28,672 - GBP32,234 pro-rata)
The Council is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed persons to join the small team at its Abingdon Offices.
The post holder will be a property management professional with responsibility for undertake the management of all Council built properties including management of the fabric of buildings, ensuring that all maintenance and improvement actions are properly undertaken and managing relationships with tenants.
