We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing Client based in Selkirk, this is a permanent role due to start 19th October working on behalf of a well-known financial services body.

As a Tier 2 agent you will receive calls from customers needing guidance. Calls are filtered/screened through Tier 1 agents and escalated to Tier 2 agents to provide guidance and refer customers to an external organisation where appropriate. You will receive calls on a variety of financial products so previous experience within financial services/banking is ideal.

What will you be doing?

Handling inbound calls from customers requiring advice
Provide guidance on a range of complex enquires
Make outbound calls when required, if agreed with the customer
Ensuring protocol is adhered to at all times
Ability to understand a wide range of financial topics and ability to explain these topics in simple terms
Ensure you are building rapport with customers at all times

What are we looking for?

Previous experience within financial services ie; banking, financial contact centre, money management/advice
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to empathise
Attention to detail at all times
Ability to work to deadlines and SLA's

Salary -

GBP8.85 per hour

Hours of work -

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week between the below shift times -

Monday to Friday - between 9am-6pm

Saturday - 9am-3pm

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will need to pass a credit and criminal background check.
