My clients are a dynamic, fast-growing Property Development and Lettings business based in Manchester city centre. We are looking for them a hungry, ambitious and competitive Lettings Branch Manager to be instrumental in growing our business. The ideal candidate will be a born sales person with a competitive appetite to achieve both personal and company growth. A hard working, upbeat and can-do attitude is a must as well as excellent relationship building skills and the confidence to manage tenant communications and applicant expectations. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, disciplined and possess a natural ability to lead a team.

As an experienced Branch Manager, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, maximise branch revenue through quality of instructions and support and develop your team

* Maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants and our Property Management Team
* Taking accountability for your KPIs, income cost and profit budgets through effective management and organisation
* Keeping a lot of plates spinning, you've mastered multitasking and excel managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
* Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal and engage with your audience to maximize your reach
* There may be a requirement to work from home on occasion so we are looking for you to be self-motivated and proactive
Skills / experience it would be advantageous for the candidate to have:
* Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics
Salary: GBP38K-GBP42K basic depending on experience + commissions package
Primary place of work: Manchester City Centre
Hours of work: Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
Holidays: All UK bank holidays + 20 days (28 in total)
