Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Unaffected by COVID and expanding, this company are looking for an experienced Firmware/Embedded Software Engineer to tackle challenging problems in battery operated communications devices. The role requires an embedded software engineer who is an expert in low level software and can tell which is the hot end of a soldering iron.

Appreciation of hardware is key, as you'll often need to fault find devices, pick up a soldering iron or use a scope to work out interactions between hardware radios and power usage etc.

The company are currently at 85 staff in the UK and have a large market share for their products in the UK, US and Australia. Currently working on the release of 3 new product versions, there are lots of interesting, challenging projects to work on.
