Here at Suttons Group, a long standing and successful global logistics provider, we have the opportunity for a LMS Co-ordinator to join our team based in Widnes.

As a LMS Co-ordinator for Suttons you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our new LMS, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth through programmes that will enable the International business to constantly evolve and develop.

Benefits:
A successful candidate will be working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week and will receive a competitive salary, along with 33 days holiday (25 + bank holidays).

Your responsibilities will include:
• You will inform all departments of any updates, key features and new releases, to ensure full training requirements are available, whilst acting as the primary point of contact, providing support to end users.
• Support and manage the ongoing transition to a new learning environment.
• Support and administer the creation of courses and management of digital learning assets on our LMS.
• Provide support and training to colleagues.
• Create training and communications for users.
• Have accountability for training records ensuring they are maintained and accurate.
• Provide management information.
• Ensure monthly training calendars are produced, visible within the business and kept up to date.
• Send out reminders to users for compliance refresher training and follow up to ensure completion.
• Review and Revise eLearning Content.
• Ensure roles are assigned to Learners based on job responsibilities, positions or performance gaps.
• Ensure all literature is up to date and accessible, creating tutorials and resources where necessary.
• Ensure that we are using the system effectively and to its full potential.

Qualifications/Experience:
• CIPD Level 3 (Learning and development)
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Working experience of Learning Management Systems and of digital learning systems.

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
• MS Office 2010/2013 - Expert Level.
• Excel expert level - Maintaining Data Base in Excel, Pivot Tables, Graphs and Charts.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to produce meaningful reports for differing levels of stakeholders.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
