***** An exciting opportunity to join a highly prestigious FM Rail contract at the beginning of this new contract. 5 years + extension****
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leader in the FM & Building Services industry as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a new TFM contract which was started in early 2020. This 5 year deal is worth around GBP4m per annum and covers 90 stations and offices across the EMR network from Derby, Leicester and Nottingham and Lincoln to Cleethorpes, Sheffield and Loughborough.
This leading FM contractor provides Hard and soft FM including M&E, planned and reactive fabric maintenance, minor works and some trackside operations as well as cleaning services (including deep cleaning, in transit and turnaround cleaning), pest control and vegetation management.
This is an opportunity for a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to Lead the Commercial aspects of a rail project in the East Midlands, advising management teams on commercial performance of the project and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will Ensure that the commercial aspects of the project are fully understood by the project team and embedded in the operation of the project. Leading and developing other members of the commercial team.

The ideal candidate for this SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR opportunity will have:
* A Quantity Surveying degree or similar experience
* A professional membership such as RICS / IWFM
* a high level of commercial awareness
* A proven track record within a commercial environment
