Job Specification:

* Completing daily banking ensuring receipts and deposit slips are entered accurately onto the spreadsheet, reconciled and sent to accounts each day.

* Check debtors and creditors monthly identify and implement actions required

* Ensure all cash, credit card receipts and cheques handled are dealt with securely

* Manage site petty cash

* Assist the sales team in recording all new sales

* Providing high levels of customer service at all times and assisting customers with all of the relevant after sales paperwork.

* Deal securely with all customers personal details in accordance with GDPR regulations

Person Specification:

* Must be a car driver (preferably with a clean driver's licence)

* Excellent telephone manner

* Strong customer service skills

* Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

* Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

* Good MS Office skills

* Previous sales administrative skills are desirable

* Excellent time-keeping and punctuality

Additional Information:

* GBP18,000 - GBP20,000

* Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

* Car parking available

* Stakeholder pension

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
