If you are then we have the ideal position for you. We are recruiting for a new Financial Processing Supervisor for a newly formed team to join our Finance function and complete the leadership team. You will have in depth knowledge of customer master data , bespoke customer billing and cash processing. You will have experience of coaching individuals and conducting one to ones all the while keeping the team engaged and performance high which will be complimented with your desire to lead a team to success. With a continuous improvement mind-set, you will always be reviewing processes to find more efficient ways of working.


Role Responsibilities
• Build and maintain first class relationships with internal and external customers.
• Serve as a Continuous Improvement (CI) leader
• Provide leadership and foster a motivating environment to teams of Billing Specialists and AR/Cash Application
• Direct interaction with customer's Purchasing Management, Accounts Payable departments and internal sales force and management
• Development and monitoring SLA's of standard repeatable processes both in customer invoicing and AR/Cash application
• Through effective mentoring, empowering and coaching, ensure the team is engaged and achieving the department and company's ROIC objectives.
• Ability to balance the need to facilitate sales growth while minimizing risk with a sound knowledge of customer and economic conditions.


Ideal Person
• Business degree or experience in a similar role
• Must have proven relationship building skills and substantial Senior AR/AP experience with large multi-location customers
• Must have well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) with a keen eye to process improvement, and proficient project management skills
• Expert knowledge of credit/fraud guidelines, insolvency process, SOX guidelines related to revenue recognition and limitations under PCI and GDPR regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, creatively and maintain a proactive focus with strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Professional - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Some travel may be required to resolve or strengthen relationship with customers.
