Are you a first-class Administrator?

We are currently seeking a Programme Administrator to join our Dumfries Campus. The Dumfries Campus is home to our School of Interdisciplinary Studies, part of the College of Social Sciences.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the School of Interdisciplinary Studies. You will assist in activities supporting groups and committees including preparation of documents and presentations.

You will maintain plans and budget tracking. Furthermore, you will prepare and manage communications and engagements with a range of stakeholders.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is fixed term maternity cover for up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns from maternity leave.
