We are excited to be recruiting for an Events Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for winning, nurturing and growing new and existing revenue streams through presenting event sponsorship opportunities to businesses throughout the UK.

Our events celebrate the great achievements of local and national businesses and communities up and down the UK, attracting an audience of more than 100,000 attendees every year.

In this role, you will be crucial to the success of our Events team by identifying, connecting (verbal and digital) and selling our suite of event and award sponsorship opportunities to senior business stakeholders. This is a very exciting opportunity to work from home, but still feel the buzz of a sales and networking role.

What does the role involve?

    You will be prospecting self and business sourced leads, presenting our suite of event sponsorship opportunities to senior external stakeholders.Using a consultative approach, you will be creative in the solutions that you offer, growing revenue streams, forecasting up to 12 months in advanceYou will effectively account manage our customers, reviewing campaign performance to grow further revenue and increase our customer's ROI

Who are we looking for?

    You will be experienced in communicating and presenting creative proposals to CEO's, Directors and department heads You thrive in a fast-paced, high revenue-generating environmentYou are entrepreneurial, able to self generate leads through research and networking, creating long-standing relationshipsIdeally, you will be from an Events, Corporate Sales or Marketing background You will be as passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience as we areYou will be passionate about self-developing your knowledge of the Events sales and Digital marketplace Your previous experience will have enabled you to effectively understand and forecast revenues, based on customer knowledgeYour attention to detail is a real asset to you, ensuring customer SLA's and campaigns are delivered to the agreed standard and timescalesYou will bring with your high energy, positivity, dedication and a "can do" attitude
