We have the pleasure of working with a local holiday company in central Lowestoft who are looking to recruit Contact Centre Customer Service Advisors to join their busy, growing company. This job is based in a call centre, dealing with holiday booking queries. This will involve processing customer payments and dealing with any queries customers may have regarding their bookings. You will have to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. High customer service skills, a professional phone manner and good communication skills will be needed for this position. Experience is a similar role is preferred; however full training will be given to the right candidate. This is full time-40 hours a week with various shifts spread over 5 days. Hours vary between 8.30am-20.30pm with work required every other weekend. Our client has a unique way of working and invests heavily in their staff and mental well-being. They promote self-development within the business, trains and supports staff continuously along the way.
