The Role:

With a highly experienced solicitor retiring you will have an excellent opportunity to take on an existing caseload of good quality general commercial property work, including development issues, buying and selling of offices, shops and industrial sites, property finance, landlord and tenant matters and agricultural instructions. Clients of the firm are loyal and you will be offered the opportunity to work on plenty of high quality instructions while in addition building your own profile and reputation in the area.

Business development and networking is an important aspect to this role and all fee earners are encouraged to participate in all business development initiatives put forward by the firm and its clients.
