Accounts Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant based at our Liverpool office.  Ability to start immediately.

This will be a permanent position.

Duties will include:

·        Working with spreadsheets

·        Reconciling finance accounts

·        Assistance in preparation of fee proposals

·        Chasing outstanding debts

·        Processing and posting financial transactions

·        Book keeping

The Person – Skill Specification:

·        Proven accounting, book keeping experience

·        Hand-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

·        Data entry and word processing skills

·        Well organized – fully computer literate, especially Microsoft Outlook

·        Excel Spreadsheet essential

·        Knowledge of financial IT systems

Salary: £19,700 - £21,375 dependent on skills and experience.

Starting salary: £18,500 and after 3-6 months’ review increase to £19,700.
