Inspire our client’s people. See the difference you can make in their city.

They’re passionate about working together to improve lives and help communities thrive. They support their people and their wellbeing. And they can see the difference their work makes across their great city. Join them as an Operations Manager (Electrical) and play a key role in leading, motivating and managing their electrical team.

You’ll be leading their in-house electrical team and managing external contractors to deliver Electrical and Specialist services and ensure that the business meets its responsibilities under the Electrical Safety Regulations, LOLER, Building Regulations, British Standards and all other appropriate legislation.

They’ll look to you to give your team the tools they need to make a difference throughout the business and beyond. They have a real focus on ensuring everyone feels part of One Team so they’re looking to you to show them how they fit into the bigger picture, creating a sense of belonging and placing customers at the heart of their service.

Guiding everything they do is their way – Ambitious, Connected and Trustworthy – so you’ll role model this and lead your people to be the best they can be. You’ll provide your colleagues with the leadership they need to do a brilliant job, identifying development needs and delivering coaching and support. You’ll work collaboratively, inspiring excitement and pride within your team and you’ll always set a great example.

They’re looking for someone passionate about engaging with people, making things happen and driving change – someone who the team can look up to. They want a self-starter with the confidence to challenge the status quo rather than doing things the way they’ve always been done. You’ll need experience working within a customer focussed repairs service, leading and developing teams to deliver optimum performance and maximum value for money. You’ll have up to date knowledge of electrical compliance and health and safety legislation and regulations and experience of maintaining and monitoring a safe working environment.

This is a hugely rewarding role where you’ll really see the difference you make to people’s lives every day. Our client is supportive, flexible and rightly proud of their work. They’re also really excited about the future. You’ll get a brilliant benefits package and so much support and guidance. So, join them now and see the difference you can make in their great city.

If this sounds like you then apply today, they’d love to hear from you!

Interviews/assessments will take place on Wednesday 11 November 2020 and if shortlisted you’ll need to be available.
