What you will be doing

As a qualified RMN/RNLD you will ensure patients diagnosed with a mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights. Standard shifts are 12 hours, working 3 shifts one week and 4 the next.

Where you will be working

Location: Llantilio Pertholey, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales, NP7 6NY

You will be work at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and recovery service for people who have been diagnosed with a range of mental health conditions.

Working as part of the experienced multi-disciplinary team, you will support service users through every stage of their recovery journey within the hospital's five individual units.

With a low staff turnover, low use of agency staff and a respected team who work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for people in our care, Ty Gwyn Hall is a great choice for your career.

Situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park and close to the market town of Abergavenny, South Wales, the hospital is within easy reach of the M4, M5 and national rail networks.
