We are currently looking for a Stock Condition (Building) Surveyor to join our team in Redruth.

The Role

As a Stock Condition (Building) Surveyor, you will primarily carry out condition surveys on our housing stock.

Working as part of our experienced and customer-focused Technical Services Team, you will diagnose and manage responsive maintenance activities, specify works and provide expert advice and guidance on maintenance matters.

About You

To be considered as a Stock Condition (Building) Surveyor, you will need:

- Sound knowledge of building construction, particularly within domestic dwellings
- Good IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- A relevant qualification in Building Studies

Other organisations may call this role Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Domestic Property Surveyor, Social Housing Surveyor, Construction Surveyor, Maintenance Surveyor, Construction Engineer, or Maintenance Project Manager.
