Experienced Conveyancer
A busy Law practice based in Ipswich has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join the successful expanding team.
The successful candidate will be able to run a varied caseload on a day to day basis
Main Responsibilities will include:
* Sales & Purchases
* Remortgages
* New Builds
* Right to Buy
* Shared Ownership
* Transfers of Equity
* Lease Extension
Candidates will ideally need to be at least 2+ years PQE, Previous experience managing your own full caseload with excellent communication skills with a key focus on client care and attention.
