The Product Team is key to our Digital Transformation that is already creating innovative new products for Saint-Gobain's businesses in the UK.
The core of the Product Analyst role is to complete Discovery on strategic initiatives and optimisation changes. Our Product Analysts take the lead in shaping a lean and customer focused solution for backlog items on the Product Owner's roadmaps. You will work closely with the PO, UX leads and Solution Architects to determine an initial solution and proposed iterations. The Product Analyst then takes responsibility for defining the work items and working with impacted teams to get ready for implementation.
So if you have ???
5 years experience in a business or scrum analysis role
10 years experience in Digital and IT products in B2B or B2C
A record of identifying opportunities to meet the business goals during the Discovery phase
Fully able to facilitate requirements gathering workshops
Ability to work closely with PO, Solution Architecture and UX to create lean customer focused solutions
Experience in work in Agile methodology
API and or micro-services integration experience
User journey mapping experience
Process mapping experience
Scenario analysis experience
Jira / Confluence proficiency???we may just be the right fit for each other!
