Temp to perm inbound customer services role
Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business that has grown its employees during the lockdown period. LRP are recruiting for several customer service agents.
This is an important key worker role, whereby you ARE making a difference.
You will support a high profile inbound campaign assisting with calls dealing with the pandemic. You will need to ensure that you can relay factual information in a clear and concise way and stay up to date with changes. Accurate recording of information gained on the calls is a must.
You will deal with a range of people of varying ages, therefore the ability to adapt your method of communication, to meet individual needs, is essential.
For this role you will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to positively control your calls, whilst displaying empathy and patience at all times.
This is a genuine new career opportunity to work for an established, global company that will give you exposure to some of the world's largest brands including, tech giants, fashion leaders and government bodies.
We require flexibility to suit current shifts. Mon-Sun 9am-5pm. Salary GBP9.50ph. There will be weekends.
