We are currently working with a Charity that urgently seeks a Service Manager for a new service in Bath. This will be a service for women and children.
This position is to start ASAP (ideally W/C 12th October) and will be for approximately 2-3 months.
Full time position, working Monday to Friday with the expectation of covering on-call on a rota basis.
Managing a team of approximately 10 - this is a new team/ new service that will open next month.
We are looking for someone with strong management / leadership experience and in-depth knowledge, understanding and experience of working within abuse related charities/ service providers; this can be domestic abuse, sexual violence, substance misuse, complex needs, mental health, homelessness and/ or Children and Young Peoples services. Someone who's had experience of starting a new service would be advantageous.
Ideally looking to hold face to face interviews on Monday 5th October.
Enhanced DBS is essential and must be issued within the last twelve months or be on the update service.
