Production Operative

Working in a friendly, busy factory that have grown to become the UK's leading supplier of aluminium glazing system and bespoke aluminium extrusion. Based in Yatton, North Somerset, their state-of-the-art extrusion facility is employing. They are looking for individuals to join their expanding team, previous production experience isn't required because full training will be provided to those successful. Job Description
The job role is Extrusion Sawyer - the main duties for this role are to cut the individual profiles via an automated Profile Saw. You will be continuously checking the Quality of the profiles as the saw is performing. You will be problem solving to ensure that the Profile Saw running at maximum capacity whilst adhering to Health & Safety - We operate to a strict BSI tolerance using a variety of different measuring equipment - You will receive full training for all equipment used. Using our in-house system you will be logging (booking) individual profiles.
Shift Pattern
Working on a 3-Shift-Rota the shifts are as follows -
Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - Day Shift (06.00am - 18.00pm)
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - Night Shift (18.00pm - 06.00am)
Week 3 - Monday & Tuesday - Day Shift, Thursday & Friday - Night Shift (Split Week)
