Telecoms Installation Engineer - Cambridge

The purpose of this role is to provide fibre installation services within Openreach customer premises, providing a customer-focused service to our residential and business customers.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Installing fibre in MDU's

• Undertake appropriate testing to ensure the service ordered will deliver an excellent customer experience

• Being customer centric at-all-times, and making sure the customer is delighted with the service and installation completed before leaving site

• Working collaboratively with other teams to troubleshoot technical queries and resolve issues

• Ensure regular communications with the Supervisor, team members, and other teams to maintain a reliable network that our customers expect

• Ensure that all installation compliance requirements are correct and up to date

Qualifications/Experience:

• Must hold a valid driver's license

• External cabling (required)

• Internal cabling (required)

• Civils experience (preferred)
