Site Manager

We are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to join us and support the Operations Director with the business vision to execute the strategic and Group operational plan.

Acting as the main point of contact for the facility/depot and managing departments to meet customer demands, you will build, lead and manage a high-performance operational team, ensuring production levels are maintained. You will also be responsible for overseeing resource planning and project allocation within the operation and excellence and ensure continuous improvement and development of processes.

Previous operational experience managing a production facility is essential, as is knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles including production methodologies, warehouse management and people management.

With an understanding of health and safety within an operations/production facility, you will be proficient in the use of MS Office package and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
