TQR are offering an experienced Head Chef an Exciting opportunity to join a family run restaurant based in the heart of Torquay. Extreme knowledge of Seafood is a must.
As a Head Chef you will be required to:
* Consistent and prompt preparation and food service
* Stock ordering and stock rotation
* Completing staff rotas for the kitchen team
* Managing a team of 6-10
* Fresh food preparing and cooking
* Provision of correct portion sizes and control of all waste
* To write daily specials in line with the season
* Comply with all food hygiene regulations
To apply:
* Experienced Senior Sous or Head Chef
* Management of teams and ability to lead from the front
* Fresh food Chef
* Available to start with 1 months notice
* Willing to relocate if not local to the area
In return the Head Chef will be offered permanent contract, employee benefits package inc bonus scheme
