An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join a Crisis Intervention service for young people across Cumbria!
As the Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support your Deputy and Registered Manager in leading, motivating and inspiring your team in providing the best care for the Young People. Your other duties would include working 1-1 with the young people, report writing, rotas, observations, supporting with care plans, engaging the Young People on weekly activities and managing challenging behaviours.
You will be a naturally caring and compassionate person with a true passion and patience for helping others in times of crisis.
- You will be required to hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Hold a level 3 in Children and Young people or equivalent
- Some experience and understanding in a similar setting is essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of GBP21,209-GBP23,043 in addition to sleep allowances. In return for your hard work there is opportunity for progression within the company, holiday entitlement, pension schemes and assured health care plans.
