We have Temporary Caretaker opportunities for residential developments located in the City of London
As a Temporary Caretaker you will be responsible for keeping the building clean and tidy at all times.
Key duties:
Taking out and collecting bins
Hoovering / Sweeping
Polishing
Taking out and collecting bins
Litter-picking
Maintaining communication with Residents, Property Management Company and Abbatt
Sweeping the entrances
Small repair and maintenance duties
Replacing light bulbs
Ad hock tasks as instructed by managementYou will need to have:
Good communication skills
Understanding of Health and Safety processes
Can do attitude Hours: Varied shifts (8hrs) 0hr contract
Location: City of London, temporary roles may include South, East & West London.
Salary: GBP9ph
Start date: ASAP
