We are now recruiting part time Warehouse Operatives in Chelmsford, Essex, to work 1.00am to 8.00am, Friday to Tuesday. This is a temporary position with a view to going permanent for the right candidates.
The pay rate starts at GBP9.00 per hour and after 12 weeks goes up to GBP11.14. Overtime is paid at GBP13.14 an hour.
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include loading and unloading into and out of the loading bays as well as handling within the warehouse as required.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and security at all times. You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned by the management team. Due to the remote location of the depot, it would be ideal if you have your own mode of transportation.
We are looking for adaptable and enthusiastic team players with good written and verbal communication skills who thrive in a fast paced environment.
You will be required to provide a current and valid photo ID, proof of NI Number and a 5 year checkable history. You will also have to provide a current DBS, or be willing to obtain one.
