Basic salary to GBP35k plus generous OTE
Terrific opportunity for a Recruiter to launch a new regional division with an established Nursing and Healthcare company.

The company was founded over 20 years ago, and its success has been built on providing quality resourcing solutions to the Public and Private sectors.
They work closely with hospitals, schools, Care Homes, NHS trusts and local authorities to ensure they can deliver the highest quality service.
They have been able to open successful new branches recently, on the back of their strong reputation within the industry.
The role: Team Leader, Nursing Recruitment - London EC1
The role is to launch a Residential Care recruitment function from the established London office.
This has been done successfully in a number of locations over the last couple of years, so there is a successful "roll-out" method and support functions in place.
There is already an existing company in the office, recruiting into allied markets and sectors, so you will have colleagues to work with and "bounce ideas off".
There are National existing contract in place, and you will also target new clients (this is likely to be the main focus of the role initially.
You responsibilities will encompass client development and care, candidate attraction, staff recruitment, retention and development, and ensuring all business opportunities are seized upon on.
Your experience: Team Leader, Nursing Recruitment - London EC1
You will be a committed Recruiter with a stable career history.
Your Recruitment experience will ideally be from Care, Nursing or Medical recruitment. The client will also consider an Industrial or Education recruitment background or another Temps focused industry.
You will be able to display a track record of bringing on new business within your Recruitment sector.
You will be able to display a track record of mentoring and developing Recruiters.
You will be ambitious and want to manage a large team.
Package: Team Leader, Nursing Recruitment - London EC1
Basic salary to GBP35k, potentially more for exceptional experience.
Generous commission scheme (by Year 3 your package should be around 6 figures)
Career progression - you will become a full Branch Manager as you grow the team.
