About the role
Our client is based in Nottingham City centre and are seeking 5 or more Customer service Advisors to join their team on Monday. Therefore, we are only accepting applications from candidates who are immediately available with strong Customer Service experience. The role involves being the first point of contact for students, staff and external visitors at the Front Desk in an efficient, professional and customer-focused manner.
Taking ownership of / responsible for:
Responding to a range of enquiries efficiently and with due care, diligence and sensitivity.
Using relevant electronic systems and databases (including Microsoft Office 2016, Banner, Sateon and Metro Manager) and relevant administration clients (such as ZenDesk) to appropriately log, categorise and track customer interactions.
Producing smartcards for staff, students and visitors; creating or amending associated digital records as demand dictates and liaising with senior contacts/sponsors regarding access rights for building and car parks.
Assisting students with access issues relating to the institution's online learning portal, retrieving or changing passwords
What you'll need to be successful
Experience in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ideally experience working in a student services centre.
Experience using CRM systems.
