CARPENTER / ASSEMBLER
We are currently looking to recruit a quality focused, CARPENTER / ASSEMBLER to join our client based in Corby, who boast over 70 years' experience in the manufacturing and fabrication of specialised materials, who are currently experiencing growth and want to recruit the right candidate to join them on their journey.
TITLE: CARPENTER ASSMEMBLER
SALARY: GBP11ph - GBP14ph [D.O.E]
BENEFITS: Excellent Benefit package, 32 days Holiday, Free Parking, Pension
LOCATION: CORBY Northamptonshire easy links from Kettering, Wellingborough, Raunds, Rushden, Peterborough
DURATION: Permanent
HOURS: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
START DATE: Immediate
As the CARPENTER / ASSEMBLER your responsibility would be to maximise efficiency in the manufacture of panel components whilst following the procedures and record keeping providing live data on progress along with maintaining set quality standards.
The successful CARPENTER / ASSEMBLER will be part of a busy workshop environment, as a key component who will ensure finalised quality of finished products. Operating Edge Bender along with other saws and hand tools.
As an individual the successful CARPENTER / ASSEMBLER will need to demonstrate the ability to work to high quality standards, be able to read from drawings. Pride yourself on you ability and knowledge of carpentry. Work well to tight time deadlines, and be able to assist with other roles
Experience and/or skills including CNC router operator (Homag/Biesse 3/4/5/axis), Edge banding Operator (Homag/IMA Airtech and PUR technology), Beam Saw Operator (Schelling/Holzma), Press operator (PVA/PUR Technologies) would be advantageous.
