Conveyancing PA- North Leicestershire

Are you a highly efficient PA/EA from the legal sector? Have you hands-on conveyancing case management and client relationship management? If the answer is 'yes', this could be your next job!
My client is a highly successful business in the North Leicestershire area and due to growth and workload, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing PA on a permanent basis.
Key job functions include:
* Supporting the senior management team with diary management, meeting agenda and minutes.
* Effective communication of key actions from meetings to the wider teams
* Pro-active client management and communication
* Managing a full caseload of conveyancing files from inception through to completion
* Caseloads may include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and post completion issues.
* Communicating and progress updates across all involved agencies and individuals
* Conducting searches and client background checks
* Land registry applications
* Analysing financial data and processing
* Management of documentation relating to casework including files, notices, deeds, and completions.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have significant experience within conveyancing - end to end case management - alongside senior PA / EA experience. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be comfortable in a client facing role.
Juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines will be second nature and you will be able to work with minimal supervision. This role is fast paced, exciting and offers the opportunity to work in lovely offices and as part of a great team.
