Service/ Workshop Manager.
Banbury, Oxfordshire.
GBP40,000-GBP45,000 +Company Bonus+ Overtime +Pension+ Good Working Hours.

This would suit a Service/ Workshop Manager with a proven track record of running a successful service function in the automotive industry.
The Role:
- Managing a workshop of service advisors, technicians and admin.
- Reporting directly to the owner of the company running the Service department.
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours plus optional overtime.
The Person:
- Experience in a similar role managing a team of Engineers
- Experience in a customer focused role within a technical/engineering environment with excellent customer relationship building skills.
- Industry background such as Automotive, Plant, LGV, HGV.
