The role available is at either Consultant or Senior Consultant level. It will be based out of our flagship office location in central Birmingham, amongst our sister brands within the Adecco Group of Companies. You will be recruiting Engineering Professionals within a niche market segment. We have opportunities available both on a Permanent or Temporary desk.

The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of success within Engineering recruitment and be seeking further progression within this industry. A solid billing history is a must, alongside an excellent all-round skill set within the 360 recruitment role. You will be a credible, articulate business professional with outstanding commercial and people skills and a passion for growing business.
This role is sales focussed but quality led, you will inherit a partially developed desk with massive growth potential as a result of your effective BD activities.
