Salary: £22,848 - £24,684

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday

You’ll be joining the Support Housing Team to assist in providing a person-centred housing management experience ensuring all supported customers have a safe and secure home which is fundamental to their happiness and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively across the group as well as with managing agents and external partners to ensure an effective and efficient Supported Housing service. You will support our clients Supported Housing Officers with all administrative and functional duties to enable them to spend more time engaging with their residents and partners in a meaningful way, considering the needs of their customers and ensuring that they are at the heart of what they do.

You will be committed to delivering an efficient and effective service to their customers and will help ensure that their services are well-managed, with income maximised, voids minimised and ensuring their Key Performance Indicators are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administrative and clerical skills; be able to multi-task and be flexible in their approach to work. You will be reliable and enthusiastic about working with vulnerable customers and external partners. You will have strong organisational skills with a ‘can do’ attitude and a customer first approach and be skilled in IT.

At the time of advertising, due to the current pandemic, our client’s front line teams are working from their own homes and their interactions with customers are through virtual means. They will continue to operate in this way until they are satisfied that the health, safety and wellbeing of their staff and customers can be guaranteed when visiting customers properties and returning to their head office in Stretford, Manchester.
