Working within the IT Operations team, you'll be supporting 2000+ users across the Drax Group. The right candidate will be excited about the opportunity to contribute to the configuration, maintenance and operation within the End User Services technology tower, as well as working in project teams to deliver new systems and functionality.

Day-to-day as an IT Operations Analyst joining a multi-site team working across our UK offices, you'll be installing, configuring and testing components within unified communications and end user computing. This will also involve providing day-to-day maintenance, as well as monitoring performance, capacity and availability. You'll be contributing to the overall user experience of IT systems for colleagues across the Group, so you must be able to demonstrate a customer centric approach to service delivery.

We're looking for experience with:

* Converged technology/Unified Communications
* Microsoft SCCM for maintenance, configuration, imaging, patching, software packaging, reporting and troubleshooting
* Collaboration tools
* Contact centre technologies
* Monitoring, event management and other operational tools
* Have a background in delivering services that are directly focused on the customer experience and business outcomes
* Actively keep up to date with the latest technologies and understand how these could benefit a business
* Competency in Scripting eg Powershell and Batch files. End user compute including group policy and orchestrator
* Infrastructure knowledge eg AD, DNS, DHCP
* O365 Administration
