Keen to earn between GBP120.00 - GBP170.00 Per Day (GBP1,020.00 per week or GBP53,040.00 Per Year) for delivering parcels? Would you pass a basic criminal background check and a drug & alcohol test?

If your answer is 'yes' to each of the above questions, then we might just have the perfect money-making opportunity for you! Whether you are an experienced delivery driver or looking for a new challenge (and you have a full UK driving licence) we are keen to speak with you.

As a Self-Employed Driver, we can offer you between 150-200 parcels a day, up to six days a week providing plenty of opportunities to earn a great income with a competitive daily rate. Well, do everything we can to make sure you always feel confident, supported, driven to succeed, and ready to deliver your best. This means you'll get to enjoy all the benefits being self-employed but also benefits from the reassuring support provided by our experienced operations team.

Although being a Self-Employed Driver means handling things like your own finances you won't be on your own as you'll join a network of experienced self-employed drivers who choose to provide delivery services to Menzies Distribution. We promise to promptly prepare and pay your invoices weekly, accommodate your preferred route wherever possible, and give you up-to-date tools for the role, including our track and trace technology. Plus, we'll offer you regular work subject to your availability and volume of parcels.

Our team understands this is a big decision for you but don't panic! Our experienced team is on-hand to support you from day one to become a driving force behind our Parcel operations.

Prior delivery experience isn't essential but, it would be advantageous if you were familiar with major motorways, streets, commercial and residential addresses.

SO, HOW DOES THIS OPPORTUNITY WORK?

Firstly, you will need access to your medium-sized van, have a valid MOT and relevant insurances (Goods in Transit, Public Liability & Hire and Reward). This bit is very important! Once in place, you will start each morning from the Bathgate Distribution Centre where you will upload your day's deliveries, then using the route guidance software (downloaded onto your smartphone) you will be efficiently navigated around your pre-planned route typically delivering between 120-160 parcels per day. Each route generally takes circa 9 hours to complete.

WHAT YOU NEED

1. The 'Right To Work' in the UK with no serious unspent criminal convictions
2. A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence
3. 3.5-tonne van (Transit or similar)
4. Goods In Transit Insurance
5. Public Liability Insurance
6. Hire and Reward Insurance
7. No previous disqualifications NI, DD, or DR
8. Physically fit to meet the demands of a multi-drop driving role
9. Hardworking, positive, and a flexible attitude to work
