Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to work for a well-established manufacturing company based in Sheffield.
They have an opportunity for an INTERNAL SALESPERSON to join the team. This position will suit an enthusiastic individual who will effectively carry out telephone sales and provide full customer support, ensuring the fulfilment and/or management of customer enquiries within the business.
Main responsibilities of the role:-
Working from a variety of information sources you will carry out day-to-day proactive telesales to source and qualify sales leads / contacts, help create new sales opportunities / projects and ensure that they are tracked and managed.
Provide support to the sales force / customers in both the development and maintenance of established processes and the customer relationship management systems.
Follow an end to end process, from the creation and administration of customer accounts, ensuring that customer queries / requirements are managed and satisfied.
The Person Specification:-
You will be a highly motivated and resourceful telesales person, capable of highlighting and developing new business opportunities. Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment would be an advantage however industry training will be given to the right person. You will possess good IT skills and have familiarity with CRM systems.
Administration experience in a sales or production office environment may also be an advantage.
Hours of work are 39 hours per week but can be flexible with start and finish times of 8am -4:30pm or 7:30am - 4pm. Monday to Friday.
Holiday entitlement is 24 Days + additional Christmas shutdown + Stats.
