We are currently looking for 2 Cloud Engineers to join a project - Onsite in Aldershot.

• Ideally experience with the team's technology: Dell, Hypercom, verge with VMWare (esxi)
• Ideally experience with Microsoft product eg windows, Active Directory
• Ideally experience with SISCO

Required

• Understanding of all components of VCF this includes: SDDC manager, vSphere, vSAN, NSX-T and vRealize Suite.
• Excellent understanding of VMware vSphere components and their function in the infrastructure
• Excellent Understanding of vCenter Server architecture
• Experience in Managing vCenter Server Appliance and Platform services controller appliance
• Experience in VM migration from vSphere 5.x to 7.x
• Knowledge in working with VMware vCenter Converter tool
• Knowledge on VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension(HCX) for VM migration
• vRealize Automation - Blue printing IAAS, Day 2 management.
• Experience in working with content library as an ISO store, and deploy a virtual machine
• Previous experience in Configuring and managing vSphere infrastructure with VMware Host Client and VMware vSphere Client
• Experience in working with vCenter Server storages: VMware vSphere VMFS, NFS, iSCS
• Experience in managing virtual machines, templates, clones, and snapshots
• Knowledge of how virtual machines vMotion and virtual machine Storage vMotion works
• Experience in managing resource pools
• Good understanding of VMware vSphere High Availability (vSphere HA) and cluster architecture
• Managing vSphere HA and VMware vSphere?? Fault Tolerance
• Experience in working with VMware vSphere?? Update Manager to apply patches and perform basic troubleshooting of ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and vCenter Server operations
• Excellent Knowledge of NSX-T components and their function in the infrastructure
• Excellent understanding of VMware NSX-T technologies and automation concepts
• Deploy and Configure NSX-T components for management, control plane and data plane
• Good understanding and knowledge of NSX layer 2 networking
• Deploy and Configure logical switch networks
• Deploy and configure NSX L2 bridging
• Integration of 3rd party appliances into an SDN environment
• Deploy and Configure all main features of the NSX Edge services gateway such as load balancing
• Excellent Network administration and troubleshooting skills
• Utilize run books to aid with cloud integration and automation
• Develop, maintain and support organizations internal private cloud utilizing vRealize Automation and orchestrator
• Develop workflows in vCenter orchestrator
• The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience of programmes thatare run and executed using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)/Lean-Agile Methods.
• In-depth understanding of technology in direct responsibility
• Strong MS Office skills eg Excel, Word and Project, Visio
