Are you an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Service Advisor who wants to help make a difference to their customers? Based in Sheffield this company have a fantastic reputation for providing quality products and service on an international basis.
Due to an ever-increasing workforce, this business is looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor, to add to their already thriving and forward-thinking team on a temporary to permanent basis
Duties and responsibilities of the Customer service advisor
The main responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor (CSA) is to liaise directly with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Booking service and repair a booking service and repair appointments.
Recommending and up-selling additional products and maintaining regular contact, giving customers updates on the status of their vehicle/s whilst delivering an 'excellent customer aftersales experience.
Vetting all enquiries, orders, and schedules received from customers, establishing that specifications.
Ensuring that orders are promptly and correctly entered onto the order handling systems
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work under pressure and within a fast paced environment.
You need to be well organised and have good IT skills.
What on offer for the Customer service advisor:
Temp to perm contract
13 weeks on agency contract at the rate of GBP9.38 per hour (equivalent of GBP19,750 per annum).
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Every other Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm.
