Night Shift Senior Team Leader
We have a fantastic development opportunity for someone to join our onsite team in the role of a Night Shift Senior Team Leader, working on the Night shift. The role is varied and dynamic, developing a team of Junior Team Leaders, managing and motivating a complimentary workforce and representing the company with formal and informal meetings.
The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in leading and developing a team, preferably in a warehouse environment.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate who will be required to work 40 hours on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. Primarily working on the Night shift however flexibility may be needed to support the operation during peak weeks and to attend meetings or training offsite if required.
Experience required for a Night Shift Senior Team Leader:
Managing a large, diverse team of workers
Attending and leading management meetings
Training and developing a team of direct reports
Good communication skills, liaising daily with the workforce & Managers
Experienced in prioritisation and delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
Great PC skills, both web based & ExcelDetails:
Salary: 25k to 29k including bonus - depending on experience
Working Hours 40hrs per week, predominantly on the Night shift.
Location: Dunstable
Duration: Ongoing, PermanentRole of a Night Shift Senior Team Leader:-
Integrity, providing a professional service to the Client and workforce
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of MI reports.
Training & development of direct reports
Attending and leading management meetings
Managing worker performance and attendance
