Some of the task for this position are.-

  • Contribute to the design of learning solutions, training curriculums and leadership development.
  • Contribute to planning and managing workforce development and work with the People & Culture Department to execute talent management strategies, working on design, plan and manage of organisational analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of a framework of competencies and behaviours matrix covering a broad range of roles, liaising with line management to understand training requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of an organisation-wide training needs matrix to include a structured learning and development framework to improve the development of people.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of employee development plans and programmes to support organisational needs as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines such as management, development, talent management, succession planning, technical or non-technical training and e-learning;
  • Contribute to the development and co-ordination of a system to monitor and measure learning and development activity and outcomes to demonstrate value-add and ROI.
  • To work as a generalist on various HR initiatives or projects and to support the other HR team members with their workload and projects.
  • Incredible passion for learning and contribution through achieving mile stones and an extra mile set of mind.
About you :

Passionate about organising and delivering effective training modules to diverse groups of individuals, ensuring the trainees are kept engaged and interested, and that they complete each course with an outstanding results.

You will need to be both assertive and flexible with the ability to react to and lead training requests and interventions. Technical knowledge is necessary and good understanding of Microsoft office and other tools related to L&D.

strong ability for building relationships and establishing professional credibility,team player with excellent organisational and time management skills. Well-rounded IT skills, including experience with Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook

Proactive and autonomous with the willingness to take the initiative to solve problems, find solutions and achieve consensus. Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver excellent presentations, communications and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of people, articulate and have the ability to provide feedback effectively, being clear, concise, tactful and sensitive

We need you to be flexible and willing to work some weekends occasionally in order to deliver training.

Because you are super eager to learn and develop yourself, ideally you will have a CIPD training qualification or equivalent experience of delivering training/coaching. Hopefully, you will have experience in designing training and ideally technical knowledge of claims and/or assistance products, or customer service.
