Warehouse operatives Nights FTC Rugby

We are currently recruiting for full-time Warehouse Night Operatives to join us at our brand new site opening in Rugby, on behalf of our well-known customer. You will be working 4 on 4 off shift pattern on 12-hour shifts, from 1900 to 0700. This position is initially a fixed-term contract until July 2021 pending review.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a rate of GBP9.41 per hour, plus GBP1 extra unsociable hours premium between 2200 and 0600hrs. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
• Dealing with both goods in and goods out, being involved in all picking and packing
• Any other warehouse duties that may arise during your shift
• Adhering to all health and safety rules around the warehouse

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Previous warehouse experience would be desirable but not a necessity
• Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
• Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with MHE would be an advantage
