An opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Cycle Counter, Goods receipt & Site Stores Person to work for a market leading firefighting technology company. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity, monitoring and counting site inventory whilst providing a highly efficient site stores operation. As well as being responsible for daily site wide cycle counting, they will also maintain accurate product identification and location via the company's physical and computer systems.

?? Perform cycle counts as per the daily requirements and investigate discrepancies as they arise. Ensuring accuracy at the highest level possible.

?? Monitor and control MRO inventory accuracy, integrity and product identification andlocation.

?? Ability to reorganise stock location to optimise available space and ensure Inventory management system is 100% accurate to physicalinventory.

?? Operate strictly to standard work and quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" Inventory issued to internal customers and external customers forspares.

?? Implement an efficient "cycle counting" policy andprocedures.

?? Take receipt of Goods inwards for MRO and book into stock via Inventory ManagementSystem.

?? Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damagedproducts

?? Inputs data as needed into MRP system, booking inventory in and out of locations toWIP.

?? Follows safety rules and regulations in performing workassignments

?? Maintains a clean and safe work area and actively participates in continuous improvementactivities.

?? Previous Cycle Counting Experience isrequired.

?? Previous Computer skills required with Inventory Management systems (training will beprovide).

?? Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring equipment would bedesirable.

?? Organisational skills and accuracy and attention to detail are key to thisrole

?? Time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues as needed to meet deadlines with the ability to be detailoriented.

?? Ability to communicate effectively and a good problem solver and practicalthinker

?? Fork Lift Truck Licence orexperience.
