Financial Data Analyst, Insurance

Financial Analyst is required by vibrant Insuretech organisation, part of a wider insurance business, to help drive forward some of their most challenging and interesting data projects.
You will work within the Business Intelligence team, as the Financial analyst, providing a range of financial analysis and insights to (re)insurance industry. Your work will be integral to help grow the client base through innovative data and technology. You will play a pivotal part in producing client deliverables, presentations for key stakeholders and participate in key decision making to support their new growing team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in Insurance, within a data or financial analyst role
- Good knowledge of financial information and interpreting these to the commercial world of insurance
- In-depth experience in building presentations, analysing data in Microsoft Office and basic SQL, including the ability to query.
- Knowledge from the (re)insurance industry
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Desirable:
- Experience using SQL Server Integration Services an advantage.
- Experience as a data analyst and interpreting financial accounts.
- Experience to have had worked in an (re)insurance company
