We are now moving to a Product centric structure and developing activities that will contribute to growing support, building a movement and influencing change. This is where we need your talents as Senior Digital Product Manager.

As a member of our digital product team, you will manage our extensive digital portfolio and create strategy for future engagement. We will look to you to influence, guide and create a culture where excellent digital product thinking and an audience led approach is integral to our brand and supporter experience. You will motivate as well as develop the skills of your team to build products and experiences that our supporters love. You will lead UX-thinking and user journey creation in line with audience segments and our brand proposition as well as prioritise projects. You will oversee budgets and manage key product backlog and roadmaps too.

Passionate about developing flagship digital brand products, you will an extensive background in product management and experience of developing design led products from concept to delivery. An effective digital professional, you will be used to operating in a multi-stakeholder environment and influencing within a complex organisation with an international dimension. Comfortable managing external providers and resources, you will also possess sound understanding of digital media, creative design and development in a digital environment.

Your technical expertise will be complemented by the ability to work across multiple products and initiatives at pace and under pressure. You will also possess strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire great work in others.
