Job Title: Support Worker - Team Leader (Supported Living - Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Salary: GBP20,026 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hrs (Including evenings and weekends)

Location: Chorley, Leyland and Preston areas

Due to our continued success and development, we are recruiting for a Support Worker - Team Leader within Supported Living .

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience of working with and relating to people from a wide variety of backgrounds including marginalised groups
• Relevant experience of working with people with learning disabilities
• To demonstrate an ability to set direction, lead and motivate staff
• Clear desire to work and commit to delivering a service in an open and honest manner.
• To be able to manage more than one location and support teams of staff and clients.
• Experience of devising staff rotas and performing 121's
• Driver with access to own car is essential
